PANews reported on September 29 that, according to Axios reports, OpenAI will hold its annual developer conference to showcase the latest cutting-edge results developed by the laboratory. CEO Sam Altman will attend the meeting, and the company will announce the release of more than 20 new products or features. According to people familiar with the matter, OpenAI is expected to release a series of new products, including a new AI agent that operates around the clock. Developers are also expected to gain access to at least one new model. However, what will be shown this time will not be an upgraded version of OpenAI’s most powerful model, Astra. OpenAI said that due to security concerns, the company has canceled the release plan of this version. Sources claim that although this specific follow-up version of the Astra is on hold, there will still be new Astra models coming in the future.
